On Friday 2 December DANIELI AUTOMATION S.p.A. and its President Eng. Antonello Mordeglia, accompanying a delegation of 6 top managers of TOKYO STEEL Manufacturing Co. Ltd., headed by the president of TOKYO STEEL Mr. Toshikazu Nishimoto, visited our plant in Partanna, in the province of Trapani.
The purpose of this important visit was to better evaluate DANIELI’s proposal to use thermal energy from renewable sources, coming from a solar concentration plant, in a Tokyo Steel metal sheet rolling mill and galvanizing line designed by DANIELI itself.
The visit was more than positive and the possibility of ensuring thermal energy storage for considerable time at high temperatures was well understood and appreciated by the delegation.
