Visit to FATA by the Minister of the Environment and Energy Security Pichetto Fratin, and by the Regional Councilor for Productive Activities, Andrea Tronzano.

On the occasion of the Working Table organized with local companies, in order to bring the various needs of companies to the attention of the Regional Council and above all to that of the Government,

the Minister of the Environment and Energy Security Gilberto Pichetto Fratin and the Regional Councilor for Productive Activities Andrea Tronzano, visited Fata SpA, part of the Danieli Group, present in the area for about 50 years, one of the most important Italian companies in Plant engineering in particular in the Energy sector.

Before the meetings with the companies, the Minister and the Regional Councilor had a dedicated meeting with Fata’s Delegation, represented by the President and Chief Executive Officer Andrea Lombardi, during which the activities and projects in the traditional Energy field were presented, as well as those related to renewable sources such as photovoltaics; Solar Concentration with Mirrors and Molten Salts; Green Hydrogen and the Direct Current Transmission Lines, the Tyrrhenian Link.

The Minister was particularly interested in the Concentrated Solar Plants and the Tyrrhenian Link project, and in thanking for the welcome and the presentation aimed at his sector, he requested to be constantly informed on the developments of the Projects.
